| After operating as AIM Agency, Inc.
from January of 1976, the agency was dissolved and Key Insurance Services, Inc. was formed
on December 1, 1992. Key Insurance Services, Inc. has operated on Michigan Avenue
since the start of business in 1976. The agency
is owned by John M. Wriedt and James L. Preder. John has been involved in the
insurance business since 1969 and Jim since 1976. Key Insurance maintains
independent offices in Port Washington, Two Rivers, Cascade, Brillion, and Belgium WI.
Key Insurance Services, Inc has been automated since 1984,
and is currently using the Applied Systems Win-Tam Agency Management Systems, and the
Applied First-Rate rating system.
