I would just like to echo another person’s experience with Key Insurance and say that it’s a definite hometown feel working with Key Insurance. Phil, you got me such a great rate with Erie, which really reflects my lifestyle taking care of my elderly mother, and just this week, you called to check on me because your system noticed that I tried to reach you last Friday when your office was closed. Whaaaat?! lol! I was genuinely touched by your high level of service to see that my needs were being met, when I didn’t even leave you a message. Wow, Phil! Thanks from the bottom of my heart to everyone at Key. You’ve always been so thorough and kind through my years with your company.
